A growing European pipeline

This investment supports Dispatch's European project pipeline — funding the development work that brings multiple battery projects toward Final Investment Decision (FID). This includes grid and technical studies, permitting, land rights, and the structuring of project companies.

To give a concrete picture of what that looks like in practice, take Project Moonstone as an example: a 300 MW / 1,200 MWh battery storage project located just 200 metres from the Elia high-voltage substation in the Port of Antwerp. The grid connection is secured, the land agreement is signed, and permits are submitted and expected to be approved shortly. Financial Close is targeted for Q1 2027. It's a project well into development — and one of several Dispatch is advancing simultaneously.
