We are seeking an experienced and proactive Asset Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) assets. The Asset Manager will focus on optimizing financial and technical performance, leveraging advanced asset performance management software and strategic planning. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Management:
   • Develop and oversee the implementation of the Strategic Asset Management Plan to optimize asset performance.
   • Collaborate with the SPV management team to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
2. Operational Oversight:
   • Utilize asset performance management software to monitor, validate, and analyze project data.
   • Report on the assets' technical and commercial performance to the SPV director.
   • Ensure compliance with risk management, quality management (QM), and quality control (QC) standards.
3. Contract and Stakeholder Management:
   • Manage operational and commercial contracts such as market access contract, performance and maintenance contracts and land agreement.
   • Act as the primary interface for stakeholders, including clients and SPV directors.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
   • Present performance updates, strategic ideas, and project insights to the SPV management team.
   • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
5. Risk and Compliance Management:
   • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including ESG, NIS2 and PGS-37 (Process Guidance Standards).
   • Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to asset performance and regulatory obligations.
6. Permits and Regulatory Oversight:
   • Manage updating and overseeing permitting processes to ensure the project meets legal and environmental standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• University degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in asset management, preferably in renewable energy or energy storage systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of operational/commercial contract management and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and asset performance management software.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and strategically in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, hands-on, entrepreneurial with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Full proficiency in English.
